These are the Pittsburg Self Storage policies for all who rent a storage space:
Items not to be stored: Illegal or stolen property, explosive, flammable or liquid items. No food storage allowed.
Please no smoking in any building at any time.
You must give Pittsburg Self Storage WRITTEN NOTICE of change of address, e-mail address and/or telephone number.
Pay rent on time! Rent is due in advance of the due date to avoid late fees or unit lock-out. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments or other defaults on your account maybe reflected in your credit report.
Pittsburg Self Storage operates from offices at 143 Camp Otter Road, Pittsburg, NH 03592. Please make checks payable to Pittsburg Self Storage.
You shall be considered in default if your rental payment is past due or if you breach any of the terms of your Rental Agreement.In the event of such default, we will exercise our option to begin legal proceedings in accordance with state law to gain possession of your unit and sell your property.
You must lock your unit and you must use your own lock. No employee of Pittsburg Self Storage will accept a key to your unit unless an agreement has been signed with Pittsburg Self Storage.
No deliveries will be accepted by Pittsburg Self Storage.
You must provide your own trash bags for the removal of any trash from your unit.
You must give at least 15 days written notice prior to vacating. On the day you vacate, your unit must be swept out. If Pittsburg Self Storage has to clean your unit or dispose of property left on the premise you will be charged a minimum $100.00 cleaning fee.
You must provide your own insurance for your stored property. Pittsburg Self Storage offers insurance (refer to Tenant Protection tab) and assumes no liability for loss or damage to your property stored or located on the premises.
