When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime.  You can reserve spaces in advance or place your name on a no-obligation waiting list for the next available unit.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates or into the building where my unit is located?
No. You may access your storage unit anytime that is convenient for you.

How do I make a payment?

You can make a payment through our secure website, mail a check or leave payment at the facility drop box. You may also sign up to have payments automatically charged to a credit card or bank account of your choosing.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Credit card, ACH bank account transfer, cash or check, 

Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes. We encourage tenants to use a high quality lock such as a disc lock.

Should I get insurance for my belongings?
That decision is up to you. Please refer to the Tenant Protection Tab on our website for optional insurance coverage.  You may also call your insurance agent to be sure but some homeowner policies and renters insurance policies may cover even when the items are stored away from your home.

What are the laws regarding self-storage?
We operate under the basics of New Hampshire law. It basically comes down to paying your rent on time and there will never be a problem.

Are there any items that I am NOT allowed to store?
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, biological contaminants, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What are the hours of operation?
7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 15 day written notice before you move out.
